Imagine a world where everyone is free to further their education and develop their full potential.

The social business CHANCEN eG offers an innovative and fair solution for financing tuition fees and living expenses during studies: the Income Share Agreement (ISA).

With more than 25 million euros, we are currently funding over 1,300 students in Germany and at medical faculties in other European countries. Our non-profit subsidiary, CHANCEN International gGmbH, offers the model in sub-Saharan Africa and currently supports 1,300 students in Rwanda. By 2030, we will enable educational opportunities for 200,000 people.

  • The creation of smaller useful web applications, for example, to calculate the potential tax benefit of the ISA.
  • The refactoring of our customer portal, possibly as a pure front-end application that communicates via API with our Salesforce org.

  • You know how to work with version control systems like Git (GitLab).
  • Experience with Javascript frameworks would be a bonus.
  • You really enjoy teamwork in a young, growing company.
Please feel free to apply even if you only partially fulfill the requirements mentioned above. We are searching for a developer with a broad spectrum of interests rather than a senior.
